- Information from engagements — during paid engagements, business data you choose to share with us (process documents, internal SOPs, sample customer data, etc.) for the purpose of building or training AI workflows.
3. How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and deliver requested services.
- To improve the website and its content.
- To send you information you've asked for (e.g. follow-ups after a clarity call).
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your engagement data to train any third-party AI model.
