These Terms govern your use of www.symplifyai.ca (the "Site") and any informational services offered through it. By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. Paid engagements with SymplifyAI are governed by a separate written agreement that takes precedence over these Terms with respect to the engagement.
1. Who we are

2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general information about our services. You agree not to (a) use the Site in a manner that violates any law, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, or (c) interfere with the Site's operation.

Content on this Site is for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Decisions about applying AI to your business should be made in the context of a paid engagement or independent professional advice.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, audit framework names ("AI Readiness & Opportunity Audit," "Ops Canvas," "Opportunity Matrix," "Money Slide"), and code — is owned by SymplifyAI or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share short excerpts with attribution; you may not reproduce substantial portions without our written permission.
5. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those third parties.
6. Forms and submissions
Information you submit through forms (e.g. clarity-call requests, contact forms) is handled per our Privacy Policy. Do not send sensitive personal information (financial, health) through Site forms.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SymplifyAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of New Brunswick.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
