What does SymplifyAI do?
SymplifyAI is a bilingual (EN/FR) AI consultancy based in Dieppe, New Brunswick. We help small and mid-sized businesses across Atlantic Canada adopt AI in a measured way. Our flagship engagement is a three-week AI Readiness & Opportunity Audit that delivers an ROI-ranked roadmap of where AI can move the needle. We then build the highest-leverage workflows ourselves (AI agents, custom GPTs, workflow automations, AI assistants) and train the team to own them.
Who is SymplifyAI for?
Atlantic Canada small and mid-sized businesses, typically $3M–$50M in revenue, where the owner is involved in operations and the team is ready to actually adopt what we recommend. We have shipped engagements for health and wellness clinics, engineering services firms, real estate and property management, social media platforms for tradesmen, e-commerce, and professional services. What is the AI Readiness & Opportunity Audit?
A three-week paid engagement. We conduct stakeholder interviews and end-user interviews, map your business across three engines (acquisition, delivery, support), score 5 to 10 AI opportunities by ROI potential, and hand you a phased implementation roadmap. Deliverables include the Ops Canvas (a visual map of your business with friction tagged), the Opportunity Matrix (ranked opportunities), the Money Slide (ROI calculations per Quick Win), and the Implementation Roadmap. Most clients identify significant hidden annual leak before we build anything.
How much does it cost to work with SymplifyAI?
Investments are scoped from each engagement's roadmap. Our build engagements start at a minimum of $10K CAD, and bigger transformations run from there. We don't quote a build without first running the audit, because we won't know which workflows actually pay back until we measure them. The audit is a fixed-scope, fixed-fee engagement; details are shared on the discovery call.
Do you work with companies outside Atlantic Canada?
Our roots and bilingual delivery are Atlantic-Canada-first, but we ship engagements anywhere in Canada and selectively beyond. The Maritime sensibility about practical, no-hype technology travels well.
Are SymplifyAI's services available in French?
Yes. We deliver every engagement in English or French, or a blend, depending on the team. Discovery interviews, workshops, deliverables, and training materials are all available bilingually. Pascal, the founder, is a native French speaker from New Brunswick.
What is the difference between AI consulting and AI implementation?
Consulting means giving you the map: the ROI-ranked plan of what to build. Implementation means actually building it. Most AI agencies pick one. SymplifyAI does both, in that order. The audit produces the map, then we build the workflows that earned their spot. We don't recommend something we wouldn't ship ourselves.
How is SymplifyAI different from other AI agencies?
Three things. First, senior operators only. Every engagement is shipped by people who have run businesses, not by juniors learning on the client's budget. Second, we measure before we build.
